Stress Management and Spiritual Counseling: Often when we or those we love face serious illness and/or chronic pain, we easily recognize the physical nature of our difficulty. Yet we may also be facing deeper, less obvious challenges. In my experience, new understandings, perspectives and awareness often emerge from skilled and insightful listening, and exploration of the spiritual aspect of being human. Massage Therapy, Western and Eastern Approaches: The role of massage and Traditional Chinese Medicine in reducing or alleviating pain and distress is well known and documented.
